Abstract: This work addresses the question of language based on the contributions of the philosopher and logician Bertrand Russell. Their contribution allows us to analyze language and compare it with the concept of language since Freud. For this purpose, the reading that Jacques-Alain Miller did in his Cause and Consent seminar was used. And, finally, from these contributions we were able to analyze the current phenomena of new technologies and the effects on the subject.
