Abstract
From the angle of fiction, the subjects and style of two Argentine series: Okupas and El Puntero are approached, putting forward the ethical and political implications of psychoanalysis. Two points of view are taken; the fiction that builds the series on social matters and the fictions that each subject builds, regarding the real they avoid, considering its irruption in moments of political and social relevance in Argentina
